What do we treat?

Dr. Berens is a board-certified family physician with special training in women's health and breastfeeding medicine. She can manage common chronic conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure, and diabetes, and can treat acute conditions like cold, flu, strep throat, UTIs, and minor injuries. She can perform common procedures like joint injections, abscess drainage, and skin biopsies in the office at no additional charge. She also provides complete women's health care with family planning counseling and services, pap smears, and breast exams. She has a special interest in helping women transition in the postpartum period and provides assistance with breastfeeding difficulties as well as managing common postpartum issues such as postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, and mastitis.

How are we different?

Unlike traditional family medicine offices, we do not charge fees for each visit. As a member of our practice, all of your office visits and procedures are included without a co-pay. We also offer direct access to your physician between visits via text message, phone, email, or our secure patient portal. Our goal is to provide affordable care where and when you need it.
