A thorough evaluation of your health including genetic, environmental, lifestyle, and psychological aspects. Ideal for individuals who would like an in-depth look at their health, especially those in recovery from eating disorders, with PCOS or metabolic syndrome, or struggling with unexplained symptoms.

This evaluation will be completed over two visits and includes a complete physical examination, lab work, and additional testing if needed. The results of all testing will be reviewed and a plan of care put in place at the second visit. Additional follow-up visits may be scheduled on an as needed basis following the evaluation.

Please bring a copy of any relevant medical records to your visit.

Our office does not contract with any insurance companies or bill insurance companies for any services. A Superbill will be provided upon request that can be submitted for insurance reimbursement.

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (during business hours) will be charged the full cost of the visit. Please call or text us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
