Preventive Care
An annual visit to review recommended screenings for cancer, chronic disease, and other health conditions based on your age, sex, family history, etc. This includes: gynecologic screening exams such as a pap smear if indicated. Also known as the “Well Woman,” “Well Man,” or “Well Child” exam.
Chronic Disease Management
Regular follow-up and management of chronic illnesses or conditions to ensure you are well-controlled to reduce or prevent complications.

Primary Care for Individuals Recovering from Disordered Eating
Experience long-term well-being while recovering from disordered eating, using the Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size approach to health and nutrition.
Please note that our membership is not appropriate for those with active restriction or purging, or who have recently been discharged from eating disorder treatment in a higher level of care. If this is the case for you- please schedule a Comprehensive Medical Evaluation so that we can best serve you.

Comprehensive Medical Evaluation
A thorough evaluation of your health including genetic, environmental, lifestyle, and psychological aspects. Ideal for individuals who would like an in-depth look at their health, especially those in recovery from eating disorders, with PCOS or metabolic syndrome, going through perimenopause, or struggling with unexplained symptoms.
This evaluation will be completed over two visits and includes a complete physical examination, lab work, and additional testing if needed. The results of all testing will be reviewed and a plan of care put in place at the second visit. Additional follow-up visits may be scheduled on an as needed basis following the evaluation.
Preoperative Evaluation
A thorough health evaluation to help your surgeon determine your level of risk before proceeding with an elective surgical procedure. This appointment includes: a review of your health history and medications, a physical exam, review of bloodwork, and an EKG if needed.
After your evaluation, your preoperative paperwork will be completed or you will be referred for further evaluation if there are concerns that need to be addressed before your procedure.
Lactation Medicine Consultation
Receive expert advice, support and a thorough health evaluation to determine whether there are any medical conditions affecting your breastfeeding journey. We provide lactation consultation in our office in the Houston area, and virtually throughout Texas.
We will collaborate with your lactation professional (IBCLC or CLC) as needed so that they can continue to support you in the context of any medical conditions that may be impacting lactation.
